zelda phantom hour glass question please respond if you know this game?

Ok I’ve collected two treasure charts which shows me two treasure marks on the map. I’ve only just really started this game but what I want to know is how do I get my teasure. On windwaker you use a crane do you have to buy a crane on this one? Where do you get it? I want to be able to get my treasure but I can’t at this point so can you help?

You can get it after you beat the second dungeon. You’ll have to talk with Eddo from Cannon Island and then pay for it. When he asks you to shout it’s helpful just to snap your fingers or blow hard into it if your in a quiet place. I think the lowest you can pay is 200 rupees but you can keep trying until you get there. THE SALVAGE ARM WILL BREAK! If you hit it five times against something when hauling, it will break and you have to go to the shipyard at Mercay to fix it. Fix it before it breaks otherwise you have to pay basically double.
